Lindsay Goldberg Interview

This interview conducted by Lindsay Goldberg asks the candidate to model a public-to-private LBO transaction of a consumer asset.

The candidate is expected to prepare an LBO model based on a set of transaction assumption outlined in the interview prompt. The candidate is also expected to respond to a series of questions related to the transaction.
