HIG Interview

This interview conducted by HIG asks the candidate to evaluate a buyout of an asset in the consumer sector. The interview is a traditional LBO modelling test and asks the candidate to build an LBO model based on a set of provided assumptions.

The candidate is expected to prepare a 3-statement LBO model with supporting schedules for sources & uses, pro forma capitalization table, debt paydown, working capital, and relevant return metrics (e.g., MOIC, IRR sensitivity analysis, etc.).
