Cinven Interview

This LBO model test was conducted by Cinven in 2024 as part of the first round in the interview process. 

The candidate is provided with two documents: 

  • 1) An interview prompt which outlines the model test instructions and provides relevant transaction assumptions
  • 2) A blank model template, which includes the asset’s historical financials

The candidate is expected to build an LBO model which includes a variety of modeling quicks, including PIK debt, mandatory amortization, partial cash sweep, and more. 

This interview includes solutions. Please note that the “With Solutions” option must be selected to receive these solutions.
