Carlyle Interview

This interview was conducted by Carlyle as part of the first round in the interview process. The interview asks the candidate to build a three-statement LBO model using a model template and transaction assumptions outlined in the prompt. 

The model is expected to include several modeling quirks including (but not limited to) mandatory amortization, PIK interest, dividend recap, etc. The model also asks the candidate to respond to a number of questions related to the completed model in written form. 

This is a highly challenging model.
