This interview conducted by Accel-KKR asks the candidate to consider an asset that offers B2B financial software for small and medium-sized business. The candidate is expected to prepare a 3 statement LBO model using transaction assumptions outlined in the prompt including a pro forma balance sheet, operating forecasts, working capital schedule, PP&E schedule, debt schedule and relevant return metrics. The model is expected to incorporate a management earnout and employee options.
