Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) Interview

This interview was conducted by the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). The interview asks the candidate to model out an LBO transaction. The candidate is provided with an interview prompts that provides transaction assumptions (e.g., capital structure, debt funding, etc.) and relevant financial metrics of the target. 

The candidate is expected to prepare two outputs:

  • 1) A LBO model which includes capital structure, P&L, cash flows & debt schedules, exit value and returns, and sensitivity analysis tables (IRR, MOIC, etc.)
  • 2) Response to a series of questions related to the LBO model
